Lethbridge is the first stop on the Accidental Humour Company’s Alberta tour of their critically acclaimed Edmonton Fringe hit Release the McCrackin, the third and final installment of the action comedy multi-media adventure that is the Jim McCrackin series.
The Accidental Humour team is extremely pleased to come home and share their work with the university and community where it all got started. Other communities on the tour include Stettler, Calgary and Edson.
Jim McCrackin is back…kind of.
A man, violently shot and left for dead, awakens from a coma with no memory of who he is or where he came from. Nursed back to health by weird mysterious monks, he sets out on a path of enlightenment and inner peace. His past comes to him in flashes, sudden and unexpectedly, as does his inexplicable talent for beating up nameless thugs. But before he can figure out what all this means, he finds himself on the run from a implacable foe who is trying to shoot him, with bullets. His only chance; to follow the clues and learn who and what he really was.
My money is on a veterinarian.
Don’t miss the third and final chapter in the wildly popular McCrackin Trilogy from the crazy folks at Accidental Humour Co. Mixing pre-filmed footage with ridiculous stage antics, Release the McCrackin is a hilarious and action-packed thrill ride for new and returning McCrackin fans alike.
