The University of Lethbridge Faculty of Management and its advisory board are pleased to recognize Marvin and Chloe Galts, co-founders of the Galko companies, as the 2016 Management Scholarship Dinner honourees. Thursday, April 14, 2016

Marvin and Chloe Galts, business and life partners for more than 50 years, have kept their partnership strong through struggles and triumphs by a combination of hard work, determination and optimism. They share an entrepreneurial spirit and, over the years, have been involved in management consulting, farming, hog operations, home construction, land development, property management and interior design.
As a team, the Galts have contributed significantly to the growth of Lethbridge as home builders, employers and the primary customers of many local businesses. The Galts and their staff have been supporters of the community, including the University, Lethbridge College and the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce. They’ve also supported many community charitable initiatives like Meals on Wheels, the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation, the Angel Tree for Kids program and the Lethbridge Rotary Dragon Boat Festival.

Proceeds from the Dinner will support the Marvin and Chloe Galts Scholarship Fund | Each ticket includes a $70 charitable tax receipt.
