Student Affairs (Student Enrolment and Registrar Services, Scholarships and Student Finance, Counselling Services, Accessible Learning Centre, Health Centre, Career Bridge, Student Success Centre and the Vice Provost Students Office) will be closed at 2:45 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, for an annual staff appreciation event.

All offices will be open regular hours on Monday, Dec. 2.

During the Fall Term Break (Nov. 11–15), the Library's staffed hours are as follows:

• November 11: CLOSED [Remembrance Day]
• November 12 – 15: 8 a.m.– 4 p.m.

The Library’s 24-Hour Study will be available during the unstaffed hours of operation.

Friday Afternoon Walk In Clinic at the Health Centre!

On October 18, 2024, Human Resources will be closed all day for an office meeting/planning day.

The Library will be closed on Monday, October 14 for Thanksgiving.

Regular staffed hours will precede and follow this day. The Library 24-Hour Study will be available during the unstaffed hours of operation.

The University Library will be closed in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30. The Library 24-Hour Study will remain accessible.

The Library's fall hours start on Wednesday, Sept. 4 and are as follows:

• Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 12 to 4 p.m.

The Library's 24-Hour Study will be available at all hours.

• August 28 – 30 (Wednesday – Friday): 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• August 31 – September 2 (Saturday – Monday): CLOSED
• September 3 (Tuesday): 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The Library’s 24-Hour Study will be available at all times.

Fall semester hours begin on Wednesday, September 4.

The Library will be closed for Heritage Day on Monday, August 5.

Regular staffed hours of service will precede and follow that day. The Library’s 24-Hour Study will remain accessible.
