At the University of Lethbridge, we are continually working to create an environment that not only fosters educational growth and success but one that creates lasting memories. We believe every aspect of student life is important and with that in mind we are excited to welcome Chartwells – Compass Group to campus as our new Catering & Food Services partner.
“A leading food service provider on university and college campuses across the country and a sector of Compass Group Canada, Chartwells has the talent and expertise to provide us with a truly superior dining experience. We are delighted to have them onboard,” says Nancy Walker, Vice-President (Finance & Administration).
We will see some changes around campus as existing food outlets will be revitalized and new services added before September 2018.
As Chartwells get settled on campus, we wanted to provide them with an opportunity to introduce themselves. Their president, Ashton Sequeira, shares these words:

Your new general manager, Jan Morel, has a proven track-record and will lead a four-person management team dedicated to providing you with a truly exceptional dining experience. In turn, they are supported by the strongest subject matter experts in the industry. We will leverage our expertise in hospitality and technology to provide you not only with fresh, high-quality and affordable retail and catering options, but also with digital enhancements that will create a stronger positive guest experience.
