WEB PRINT SERVER UPDATE

Information Technology Services will be updating a server for Printing Services, which handles campus document print, photocopy and scanning. During this time, printing to the campus print queue, releasing print jobs from Ricoh multi function devices on campus as well as scanning and photocopying on these devices will be unavailable.

This update will take place Thursday November 16, from 9:00am to approximately 3 p.m.

During this time, it will not be possible to submit print jobs to the campus print queue or use the campus Ricoh multifunction devices, including scanning and photocopying. The web print solution (https://printing.uleth.ca) will also be unavailable.

Any print job submitted to the campus print queue before the update begins will be available for release after the update is completed. 

This is happening because there is a required software update for the server which handles the central print, photocopying and scanning services for Printing Services.
