This September, more than 1,000 new students will arrive at our campus, eager to begin their time at the University of Lethbridge. We need your help at New Student Orientation (NSO) to welcome these students and ensure they get started in the right direction.
At NSO, new students will have the opportunity to be welcomed and introduced to the University campus and community. Events will occur to inform students about the various student services available to them, tours will be given to help students wrap their heads around the layout of our campus, and students will have the opportunity to meet with members from their faculties. All these important events require the help of volunteers.
As a volunteer for NSO you will be an ambassador for the University of Lethbridge by assisting with many roles such as setting up, welcoming students as they arrive, helping direct students where to go, providing tours and many other activities.
This year, New Student Orientation will take place on Tuesday, September 5. We will need volunteers from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch and volunteer t-shirts will be provided. If you are interested in assisting, please follow the link below to sign up and provide your availability.
