All full-time students (three or more classes) are automatically registered in the ULSU Health and Dental Benefits plans. If you have alternative insurance benefits you may opt out of the ULSU coverage. There is Health & Dental Opt-out form located on the Bridge, on your Student page. To opt out, you must complete the form, including entering the name and policy information for your alternative coverage. The deadline is SEPTEMBER 25, 2026.
Part-time students and students with dependents may add onto the benefits through the Students' Union office. The add-on deadline is September 25, 2026.
Coverage information and a benefit card are avaialable at the Students' Union office, SU180 or at studentvip.ca/ulsu.
