Online Expense Claim System Planned Maintenance

What is this notice about?

A planned maintenance of the Online Expense Claim System is scheduled to upgrade to the latest release.

When will this happen?

The maintenance will start on Tuesday, October 28 at 8:30 am, and will last until Thursday, October 30 at 8:30 am. 

Who will be affected and how?

Employees will not be able to submit or approve Online Expense Claims during the above mentioned times.

Claims that have their approval completed by the end of Monday, October 27th will be processed for payment at the end of that week.

A service restoration notice will be sent out once the system is back in service.

Why will this happen?

These changes are required to keep the system current and provide enhanced functionality.
