FIRE ALARM SPEAKER TESTING ON MONDAY OCTOBER 27, 2014.
Please be advised that the monthly fire alarm speaker test for the ALBERTA WATER and ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE BUILDING, MARKIN HALL, STUDENT’S UNION BUILDING and MT BLAKISTON RESIDENCE will be conducted on MONDAY OCTOBER 27, 2014.
The fire speaker test for the ALBERTA WATER and ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE BUILDING will take place between 0950 and 1000 hrs.
The fire speaker test for MARKIN HALL will take place between 1050 and 1100hrs.
The fire speaker test for STUDENT’S UNION BUILDING will take place between 1150 and 1200hrs.
The fire speaker test for the MT. BLAKISTON RESIDENCE will take place between 1250 and 1300 hrs.
As with previous tests, Assistant Fire Wardens are requested to check their areas during the test to ensure that the system is functioning so that the announcing Security Representative’s voice can be heard clearly, that the general alarm is audible and distinct and that the fire strobe lights within applicable areas are flashing.
Due to some programming issues testing in University Hall, University Centre for the Arts and the Library will not be conducted this month but will resume in November.
