The ITS Solutions Centre will be closed from noon to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25 for a team meeting.
This will affect all Solutions Centre and Desktop Support services including live chat (https://uleth.service-now.com/sp), walk-up service (TH218) and phone assistance (403-329-2490), with no services being offered during this time. Please email help@uleth.ca or go to our self-service portal at https://its-help.uleth.ca if assistance is needed during this time. Your issue or request will be processed in the order it was received when the ITS Solutions Centre resumes its regular ITS support services starting Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 8 a.m. for phone support and 8:30 a.m. for walk-up and chat services.
