The ITS Solutions Centre will be closed from 1:45 to 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31 to attend the IT Services Town Hall.
This will affect all Solutions Centre services including live chat (its-help.uleth.ca), walk-up service (TH218) and phone assistance (403-329-2490), with no services being offered during this time. Please email help@uleth.ca or go to our self-service portal at https://its-help.uleth.ca if assistance is needed during this time. Your issue or request will be processed when the Solutions Centre resumes its regular ITS support services starting at 3:45 p.m.
