Phishing and other forms of electronic scams are attempts to trick you into revealing your personal or financial information, such as your passwords, bank account details, or credit card numbers. These scams can come in the form of emails, phone calls, text messages, or fake websites.
If you receive any suspicious or unsolicited messages asking you to click on a link, open an attachment, or provide any sensitive information, do not respond or comply. Instead, report them to IT Services as soon as possible by forwarding to phishing@uleth.ca, using the report phishing button in Outlook, or by calling 403-329-2490.
