ID Card Service Change

This notice is to inform you that walk up ID card service will not be offered when in-person services resume at the ITS Solutions Centre Counter (TH218) on August 25, 2021.

All ID Card requests, new or replacement, must be submitted at https://go.uleth.ca/RequestIDCard or through the Service Portal at https://its-help.uleth.ca. ID Cards can be picked up four to eight business hours after the request is submitted. You will receive an email when your ID Card is ready for pickup. During the first two weeks after classes begin in September and the first week after classes begin in January, ID Card requests will be fulfilled as quickly as possible, but may take more than one day. Issues with current ID cards (UPass activation, Bridge Bucks, etc.) will still be handled via walk-up service.

When will this happen?
This service change will start on August 25, 2021 when in-person service at the ITS Solutions Centre TH218 resumes.

Why is this happening?
This change was needed to streamline the client service and to prevent long lineups for ID Cards.

How does it affect me?
ID Cards will only be accessible by submitting online at https://go.uleth.ca/RequestIDCard or through the Service Portal at https://its-help.uleth.ca. Anyone who comes to the TH218 counter will be instructed to submit an online ID Card request.
