Materials Management will be conducting its final 2021 delivery of packages and inter-office mail on Thursday, December 23, 2021. The regular schedule will resume on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, to coincide with the University holiday closure.
Please have all outgoing parcels and mail ready to be picked up the morning of December 23 when staff performs their regularly scheduled deliveries and pickups. In the event you are unable to have your package ready in the morning, they will do their best to accommodate late requests, but ask that you physically bring your package to Parkway Services before 1:30 p.m. Materials Management cannot guarantee that packages received after 1:30 p.m. will go out the same day.
It is also highly recommended that if you are ordering perishables, that the latest you order them is December 20 to ensure that they are received and can be distributed accordingly.
