ULethbridge Goes Green
Thursday, April 7
Wear your green shirt and help spread the word about organ, tissue and plasma donation.
In 2018, Canadians were heartbroken by the news of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash. The news hit particularly close to home when Lethbridge resident Logan Boulet succumbed to his injuries on April 7.
Inspired by former Horns rugby coach and mentor Ric Suggit, who passed away in 2017, Logan was a registered organ donor. His parents, Bernadine (BEd ’88) and Toby Boulet (BEd ’89, MEd ’04), and sister Mariko Boulet (BSc ’17), honoured his decision and donated Logan’s organs, helping save the lives of six others.
This April, honour Logan’s legacy and give the gift of life. Register as an organ donor and sign up to donate plasma.
Canadian Blood Services Lethbridge has limited appointments for plasma donation, so sign up today at blood.ca/Lethbridge!
Include the Partners For Life ID UNIV012637 to be counted as part of the uLethbridge team!
