Destination Project Construction Notice

This notice is from the archives of The Notice Board. Information contained in this notice was accurate at the time of publication but may no longer be so.

Work to install the electrical utility infrastructure for the Destination Project Science & Academic building will begin Monday July 4. PCL Construction will be working in a number of areas along the upper part of campus including the area directly east of the Student Union building, along the Valley Ridge road and the area west of Coulee Trail. This work is significant in that it will provide the underground infrastructure necessary to pull high voltage cables to the building in the future.

There will be some work adjacent to the pedestrian walkway from lower campus to the Student Union building. Access between upper and lower campus is not expected to be interrupted as PCL will be erecting construction fencing and placing directional signage to ensure pedestrians can navigate around this work area safely.

Please respect safety signage and construction flag persons relating to this site for your safety and theirs.
