Please be advised that starting June 29, 2026 until August 31, 2026, contractors will be in University Hall section B level 4 to replace the 600V Main Distribution board. During this time there will be some intermittant construction noise, including hammer drilling that could cause some disruptions to adjacent areas.
Contractors will have trailers, a generator and equipment parked in lot J which could cause some conjestion in the loading area at times.
This project will also include three electrical shutdowns that will affect power and lighting in University Hall, University Centre for the Arts and the Library. Emergency power will not be affected. The electrical shutdowns will happen:
Sunday, July 12
7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Monday, July 13
5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Wednesday, July 29, 5 p.m. to Thursday, July 30, 1 a.m.
