Conference & Event Services welcomes a new member to our team, Dominika Czarnecki! Dominika, a University of Lethbridge graduate (B.Mgmt), joins us from the City of Lethbridge as our new Assistant Manager. She is welcomed by Manager Erin Crane, and our Student Guest Service Team, Jerrim Rushka, Samantha Richardson and Jena Lewis (not pictured).
Conference & Event Services facilitates all external bookings on campus. From large conventions to small classroom meetings, birthday parties and weddings, we coordinate multiple departments throughout the University to ensure an event runs smoothly.
Every summer from May through August, we manage a 99 room campus hotel out of Mt. Blakiston House, our newest residence building on campus. From September to April, four Executive Suites are available that can be booked for University guests.
