The University of Lethbridge extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Dennis Neufeldt, who passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at the age of 69.
Neufeldt and his wife, Helen Henderson, were committed donors to ULethbridge and many management students completed co-op work placements at Haul-All Equipment Systems, where Neufeldt was president. In recognition of his success and innovation in industry and long-standing support for the University and the community, the Dhillon School of Business selected him as the honoree for the 2015 Scholarship Dinner. A full obituary is available at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 15 at 2 p.m. at the Coaldale Mennonite Church located at 2316 17 St. in Coaldale. As the University’s flags are lowered this week to honour Queen Elizabeth II, the flags will be lowered on Monday, Sept. 20 in Neufeldt’s honour.
