The University of Lethbridge extends its heartfelt sympathy to the friends and family of Courtney Gruninger, 18, who passed away on January 6 following a vehicle collision.
From Picture Butte, she was a first-year Bachelor of Arts student in the Nursing Preparation Program. Family and friends can offer their condolences between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. on Friday at the Bethel Free Reformed Church of Monarch. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at the same church, with a graveside service to follow at the Royal View Cemetery, located at 5920 13 St. N. in Lethbridge. Members of the U of L community who would like support in coping with this loss are invited to contact Counselling Services in Anderson Hall.
The U of L will lower its flag in honour of Gruninger.
