Classification and Compensation Project
In August 2023, the University initiated a Classification and Compensation Structure Review project for all non-academic employee groups. This project is being led by the Human Resources department, with external third-party support from Ernst & Young LLP (EY). All employees included in this project were informed by email in fall 2023.
The new job description template is available on the Classification and Compensation Structure Review project website. Note that completed and approved job descriptions must be submitted to Human Resources at ccsproject@uleth.ca by Friday. February 9, 2024.
Thank you to those who joined the job description workshops in the fall, as well as the first employee drop-in session which was held on December 14. EY will be hosting another voluntary employee drop-in session on January 11, which will be an opportunity to ask questions as you proceed on completing your job description. Eligible attendees received an email about the session on December 5, however, please contact ccsproject@uleth.ca if you would like additional information. Specific to managers, there will also be two additional drop-in sessions on January 18 and January 25.
