What is this notice about?
Our Cisco Jabber Messaging system experienced a small outage to correct a certificate installation issue. Some users may experience warning dialogs when logging back in.
When did this happen?

Who was affected and how?
Jabber services were temporarily unavailable. All affected services have been restored and are functioning properly.
Why did this happen?
The Jabber server was restarted in order to correct a problem related to the installation of an updated security certificate.
How does this affect me?
Some users may receive a prompt when they reconnect to Jabber services indicating a certificate error. The certificate is not an error, and users should accept the certificate as prompted. This operation will only be required once per machine where Jabber is installed.
