Due to current staffing shortage(s) in Supply Chain Operations (Materials Management), we are required to make the following changes to our daily service schedules effective Monday, Aug. 25, 2025 until further notice. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these changes.
NOTE: Any outgoing mail and or parcels that are not picked up (as scheduled) must be brought to Materials Management no later than 1 p.m. The new procedures are outlined below.
- Mail runs — Tuesday and Thursday, mornings only
- Urgent Outbound Mail/Parcel — The sender is responsible for bringing the urgent mail to Materials Management in the Parkway Service Complex — no later than 1 p.m.
- City Pickup — Daily after lunch pickups around the city will continue as is, but may be reduced to Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
- Parcel Delivery — Daily Monday to Friday (afternoons) (no change)
- Perishable Shipments — Top priority delivered daily as required (no change)
- Outbound Shipments — Time sensitive shipments can be dropped off at Science Stores or Materials Management (no change)
- Time Sensitive – Drop off at Science Stores or Materials Management
