On-Campus Audiometric (Hearing)Testing

The ULethbridge Noise Management Hearing and Conservation Program requires supervisors to identify workers exposed to excess noise, educate workers in hazards of noise exposure, train workers in the use of control measures and ensure that noise-exposed workers have hearing tests conducted every two years.
For supervisors — Review your list of employees who are required to wear hearing protection as a control for noise hazards in the workplace and require hearing testing. Submit your list of employees to safety.services@uleth.ca by September 2, 2022. Booking information for appointments will follow.
For individual employees —If you have questions or concerns regarding excessive noise in the workplace, speak to your supervisor or contact safety.services@uleth.ca.
