Bridge Bucks Unavailable Tuesday, June 21

What is this notice about?

Bridge Bucks will be unavailable for use at all campus locations while the system is updated.

When will this happen?

The downtime will occur on Tuesday, June 21 from 7:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Who will be affected and how?

Anyone wishing to make purchases using Bridge Bucks as a form of payment or to add additional money to their account will be unable to do so during this timeframe.

Student and staff printing/copying using Bridge Bucks will also be unavailable.  Departmental printing WILL NOT be impacted.

Users will also be unable to check their balance on systems such as ULink, the uLethbridge Mobile App, or MyCard Manager.

Why will this be happening?

The Blackboard Transact system that supports the Bridge Bucks service is being updated for enhanced support and security.
