Behind the Scenes Tour of Fine Arts Facility

In partnership with University Wellness & Recognition, join us for a guided tour behind the scenes of the Fine Arts facilities on Wednesday, November 19th. Walk on stage and get an actors view of the theatre, see how the university stores and cares for its impressive art collection, and learn about the cutting edge technology available in the Digital Arts Lab, visit the Art Studios used in the production of various forms of art including bronze casting, firing kilns, the printmaking lab etc. You may take the whole tour, join in later, or stay only for the part that interests you. Schedule is as follows:
Meeting point is by the stairs on each floor of the Centre for the Arts:
11:30 – 12:00 – 5th floor – Drama Facilities
12:05 – 12:20 – 6th Floor – Art Gallery Collections Storage
12:25 – 12:40 – 7th Floor – Digital Arts Labs
12:45 – 1:15 – 8th Floor – Art Studios
A light lunch will be provided at the end of the tour in room W850
