Fall 2019 Convocation will be held on Saturday, October 19 at 10 a.m. in the 1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport and Wellness. Everyone is invited to join in this momentous occasion.

Doors to the main gym will open for guest seating at 9 a.m. If you would like to be part of the platform party or you require reserved seating, please visit ulethbridge.ca/convocation/rsvp before October 9 to reserve your seat.

The University of Lethbridge will also recognize the outstanding achievements of our Fall 2019 Honorary Degree Recipient and Distinguished Alumna of the Year.

Honorary Degree Recipient | The Right Honourable Paul Martin

The Right Honourable Paul Martin, Canada’s 21st Prime Minister, has made immeasurable contributions to the prosperity of our country and greatly impacted the well-being of Canadians, as well as the health and education of Indigenous youth by leading forward-thinking initiatives, the benefits of which will be realized for generations to come.

Distinguished Alumna of the Year | Dr. Catrine Tudor-Locke, BASc (BA) '85

Catrine Tudor-Locke is a world-renowned walking behaviour researcher whose work has had a global influence on the assessment of physical activity and the promotion of public health.
