On November 30, from 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm, the Faculty of Fine Arts is bidding a fond farewell to Dr. Edward Jurkowski. Throughout his 22 years with the uLethbridge Faculty of Fine Arts, Dr. Jurkowski has served as a faculty member, as Chair of the Departments of Music and New Media, as Associate Dean and Dean of Fine Arts, and will now be departing for Winnipeg to serve as the Dean of Desautels Faculty of Music, University of Manitoba. His contributions to the faculty, the university, and the arts community of Southern Alberta have been deeply appreciated, and we all wish him the best as he starts this new chapter.
Please join us to celebrate Ed’s outstanding contributions on behalf of the Faculty of Fine Arts. Platters and desserts will be served, as well as a cash bar.
