If you have an event or notice that would be of interest to the university community, the ServiceNow ticket system is now accepting digital signage requests. Requests via the Notice Board will no longer be accepted.
1) Go to uleth.service-now.com
https://uleth.service-now.com/sp
2) Click Request a service > new request (generic)
Fill out the form and be sure to include date, time, location, for your event as well as the start date and end date for the digital sign. (Try not to post for an event that is more than 2 weeks out - unless you are asking for an event with early registration)
• Please note that events or notices with prices will not be accepted nor requests from, or for, agencies off campus.
•• While we do our best to accommodate requests, some content and design elements may be edited, altered or removed
••• All content is subject to editorial approval
