Construction on Campus

This notice is from the archives of The Notice Board. Information contained in this notice was accurate at the time of publication but may no longer be so.

You may hear some noise originating from west of University Hall from June 6. This is due to some directional drilling that is taking place to tie in the SAB sanitary pipe to the new science and academic building.

Concrete debris has been discovered blocking the path of the drilling. A machine, Rammer Taurus, is being brought in to push through the debris. This machine will likely cause disruptive noise until the work is complete.

This essential work will start on June 6 and could take a day or several depending on the size of the blockage. Your patience and understanding is appreciated during this time.
