Kinesiology of Olympics: Understanding the Edges that Make Gold Medal Olympic Performance

Rebound Health Centre and the University of Lethbridge's Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education present a Distinguished Alumni and Guests Speaker Series event.

Jill and Florian Linder (BSc '99) bring their Olympic-medal winning experience in bobsleigh to the U of L to present Kinesiology of Olympics: Understanding the Edges that Make Gold Medal Olympic Performance.

Florian is an alumnus of the U of L and a kinesiology grad who competed for Canada in the 2006 Turin Olympics and has gone on to coach both in Russia and Canada. He helped guide the Russian two-man team to a gold-medal win in the 2014 Schi Olympics.

His wife, Jill Bakken Linder, slid to gold for the United States in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. Between them, they have a wealth of athlete and coach experience from international competition and Olympics from 1994 to today.
