World Mental Health Day- Light Up Purple

This event is from the archives of The Notice Board. The event has already taken place and the information contained in this post may no longer be relevant or accurate.

In soldarity with the Light Up Purple Campaign honoring the Legacy of Amanda Todd, the U of L will be marking World Mental Health Day with activities throughout campus that spread the colour purple and stimulate discussion about mental health and its associated stigma.

Watch for opportunities around campus to share a message of compassion, 'pop the stigma' and support those among us who may be struggling. We invite you to wear the colour purple on Oct. 11th to demonstrate your support for the campaign. Let's get connected and continue to build a culture of caring at the U of L!
