URS is recruiting co-op positions and new graduate, full time positions for their Management Trainee Program

URS Oil & Gas Division offers Management Training Program participants skilled supervision, a variety of training, exposure to different functional areas, and mentoring to ensure success.

Graduates of this program will be qualified to move into a variety of challenging roles within the organization. Although programmed for two-three years, training may be extended or reduced based on the trainee’s experience and ability to learn. Each trainee will be exposed to field discipline service lines, or will participate in rotational functional training combined with leadership training in the first two years; once this has been completed the trainee and manager will choose an area of concentration to focus on for the last part of training. At the beginning of the final year focused training will begin.

The manager and trainee, in collaboration with program mentors and subject matter experts (i.e., a committee) shall establish a list of tasks to be completed by the trainee. Once this focused training has been completed the trainee will graduate from the program.
