From March 13-24 challengers will complete at least one of the two daily wellness challenges (or do both)! Categories of challenges include exercise, nutrition, kindness, and mental health and challengers have a list of challenges to choose from or can create one of their own.
Challengers are asked to complete the checklist and send it to wellness@uleth.ca by March 28.
