Then be sure to attend one of the nights at the 5th annual Spooky Science Weekend, organized by Let’s Talk Science at the University of Lethbridge. We would like to invite all youth between the ages of 5 to 12 to attend one of our Spooky Science Nights, which will take place on the following dates:

Friday, October 23th: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday, October 24th: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and again from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

at the University of Lethbridge University Hall Atrium.

This evening will be filled with fun, Halloween based hands-on science activities sure to excite and engage the younger generation, followed by some captivating and explosive demonstrations. To top the night off, we will be making ice cream from liquid nitrogen for all. And all of this is provided for your family at no cost!

If you are interested in participating, select the date on which you wish to attend from the drop down menu on the registration page and the corresponding date and time under the ticket tab, select the number of children you will be bringing with you under "Quantity" and click on the "Register" button. Space is limited to the first 100 children to register for each night. Science is fun when it is performed in a safe and controlled environment; therefore we ask that all participants are accompanied by at least one adult. Children are also encouraged to wear their costumes (it is Halloween after all!), but it is not required. Please register by October 21, 2015. Registrations open October 8, 2015.

Please be advised that you will be asked to hand-in or sign a Release of Liability, Risk Acknowledgment, Indemnity Agreement and a Form of Consent for the use of Likeness/Voice/Name for Marketing & Adverstising Purposes, and a prospect form upon your arrival. The forms can be found on the eventbrite page when you register!

Visit the Let's Talk Science webpage at letstalkscience.ca/uleth or eventbrite.ca for more information and to register for tickets! Limited to 100 children per session!
