What is this IT Services Notice about?

 

One of the UofL’s external service providers, Shaw Business, will be performing scheduled service maintenance.

 

How does this affect me?

 

On Thursday August 14th between 00:00AM and 03:00AM, Shaw Business will be performing scheduled service maintenance affecting the UofL’s primary internet connection.

 

While services will transfer over to a secondary service not hosted by Shaw communications, there may be minor service outages and delays during the transition periods. These outages will affect all internet traffic as well as all traffic to/from the research networks.
