Welcome Dr. Martha Many Grey Horses, Director, FNMI Centre

Dr. Martha Many Grey Horses takes up the position of Director, First Nations Metis and Inuit Centre, May 4, 2015. Martha has masters degrees from the University of Denver and from National University in Social Work and Educational Administration respectively, and a doctorate from Arbor University. She is a member of the Kainai First Nation and a fluent speaker of Blackfoot. Her professional experiences include educational administration, post-secondary teaching, research, health and education systems evaluation, program development, and policy formulation at local, provincial, and national levels in the United States and in Canada, as well as international work.

Her office is in Iikaisskini (Low Horn) Gathering Place in the Paterson Centre. Please welcome Martha Many Grey Horses to the University of Lethbridge in this important new role that will enable us to build on our well-established FNMI initiatives and expand our institutional capacity.
