Faculty and staff in the Department of English and Academic Writing Program are organizing a community celebration of the beloved Canadian artist’s Nobel Prize win.

We invite participants from across campus to perform at the event.

• What are we looking for?
• 2 – 5 minutes
• A reading
• A micro-lecture
• A pitch about your favourite Carson work
• Other creative contributions

The event will feature a Wine and Cheese Reception, Raffle of Carson’s Nox, and the launch of the Anne Carson Writing Prize.
