Summer can be one of the most productive — and most challenging — times to stay on track as a graduate student. Structure fades, motivation fluctuates and progress can feel harder to sustain. The Stay on Track Graduate Summer Series is designed to support graduate students and postdoctoral scholars through the summer hump by combining reflection, accountability and focused work time.
The series begins by strengthening the provincial graduate support ecosystem, then shifts to student‑focused, drop‑in working sessions that help you keep moving on your research, writing and projects together.
This facilitated drop‑in session is designed to help you push through the mid‑summer slowdown. Bring whatever you’re working on — writing, analysis, reading, applications — and use this time as a focused coworking space.
Support is available if you want it. Career coaches and graduate support staff will be on hand to offer advice, guidance, or feedback on staying motivated, managing time, or adjusting goals. Prefer to just work quietly alongside others? That’s welcome too.
Come for the structure. Stay for the momentum.
