Please clear all outstanding expenses/PCard transactions by March 31. While in the system, you’ll notice a few improvements we’re excited to share:
- AI assisted expense entry:
- * Where it glows and sparkles purple, AI has populated the information for you. ** Please review to ensure this is correct. Special characters are not permitted in the description.
- Tax Location — simplified selection reduced to only two options:
- * "Canada-Alberta" — use for any receipt that has GST on it ( no matter where it was purchased) OR that is from a Canadian merchant.
- * "Other" — use for any receipt that has no GST on it AND is from outside Canada.
