Be a Part of Something Big - Volunteer at the Fall 2026 Career Fair!

Are you looking to boost your resume, build connections, and be at the centre of one of the most exciting events on campus? The University of Lethbridge Career Fair is coming up on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly student volunteers to help make it a success!

Why Volunteer?

• Stand out! Exceptional volunteers will receive a Reference Letter from the University of Lethbridge - a great asset for future job or scholarship applications.
• Gain valuable experience working at a professional event - perfect for your resume!
• Network with potential employers and campus professionals - volunteers stand out from other students.

Responsibilities may include:

• Minimum of three hours dedicated to pre-Career Fair engagement opportunities.
• Support the execution of the ULeth Career Fair.
• Welcome and assist employers in transporting their booth materials from vehicles to their tables.
• Assist with event set-up and tear-down, registration/check-in, guiding attendees, and helping employers with booth logistics.
• Greet attending students at the entrance of the event.
• Verify registrations and direct participants around the venue.
• Distribute merchandise and Career Fair materials to attending students.
• Track attendance for the event.
• Provide guidance, answer event-related questions, and refer to organizers as needed.

• Maintain a professional, positive attitude with employers, staff and other students at the event.

**Mandatory orientation and any role-specific training sessions will be provided one week prior to the event to make sure you feel confident and prepared. Volunteers are expected to dedicate a minimum of three hours of their time on the day of this event.
