Condolence Notice — Robert Comstock

The University of Lethbridge extends its sincere condolences to the family, friends and former co-workers of Robert (Bob) Comstock, who passed away on Friday, Nov. 28, at the age of 98. 

A civil engineer, Bob moved his family to Lethbridge in 1968 so he could oversee the planning and construction of University Hall. He stayed on with the University as Vice-President of Campus Development for the rest of his career, retiring in 1990. More information can be found in his online obituary.

A viewing will be held at Cornerstone Funeral Home on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 6 p.m. with a prayer service to follow at 7 p.m. A funeral mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 8, at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, located at 2405 12 Ave. S.

The University will lower its flags on Monday in honour of Bob.
