The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion office is accepting expressions of interest to co-chair the Women Scholars' Speaker Series (WSSS)!
The WSSS was established by professor Dr. Shelley Wismath in 2002 to highlight the research excellence of women scholars at ULethbridge. The series has expanded over the years to incorporate scholars from equity-deserving groups within and beyond the University. Each year, the WSSS is co-ordinated by two ULethbridge faculty members, who work together to invite speakers (virtually and/or in person) to share their research with the ULethbridge community.
Two co-chairs will be appointed by the vice-provost, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for a two-year term.
