A Seasonal Poem for Alcohol Service & Licensing for University Sponsored Events
With the holiday season fast approaching and festivities being planned
Be sure to submit an alcohol service application and call on Insurance & Risk if you need a hand.
Fresh Fork, Prime Catering or LA Chefs could be your bar service provider.
All of them can serve up a feast, appies, a holiday drink, and maybe even a cider.
Or if your event is hosted off campus and bar service is with a licensed venue
An application is still needed when a department account pays for any part of the drink list menu.
Or if you are entertaining in your home for a special university function,
Contact Insurance & Risk when needed for social host tips and to avoid guest dysfunction.
So happy holidays to all the hosts & planners, may your event be filled with goodwill and cheer
