The University of Lethbridge recognizes June 2026 as Pride Month under the theme of Allyship in Action Now. This year’s theme focuses on the importance of allyship, the work that still needs to be done to foster a campus where everyone can find a sense of belonging, and the presence and meaningful contributions of transgender and gender diverse individuals in our community. Our commitment as a university is to continue working to build safe and inclusive spaces where we can recognize and honour the many voices of our 2SLGBTQ+ students and employees.

Join the University of Lethbridge community on June 9 at 11 a.m. to raise the Progress Pride Flag together. The formal portion of the event will begin indoors in the Students' Union Ballroom. We will then proceed outside to raise the flag at the Bus Loop. A community barbecue will follow the event. First come, first serve for 130 people.
