Los Colores de la Montana (The Colours of the Mountain). Colombia & Panama, Carlos César Arbelâez, 2010. Manuel, who is 9 and aspires to be a football star, plots with his friends to rescue his precious ball when it gets kicked into an abandoned minefield in the lush, mountainous Colombian countryside. Their quest becomes a metaphor for their struggle to preserve their childhood while caught in the adult world of armed military forces and guerrilla rebels. In Spanish with English subtitles.
