Mindfulness Meditation

This session will be facilitated by our experienced counselor, Whitney Kubeczek, who will guide us through various mindfulness techniques designed to help you relax, refocus and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.

Mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce stress, enhance concentration and promote overall well-being. It's an opportunity to step away from the demands of life and give yourself the gift of presence.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome to join. No prior experience is necessary —simply bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
