Back by popular demand- The Wellness Committee is happy to have Brandie Lea back to offer a second session on self defense- let's get physical! Come enjoy a fun break from the regular routine and learn about self-defence strategies and tactics. This time around there will be more physical work including using a punching bag!

Brandie Lea is not only a U of L employee but also a black belt in Tae Kwondo, is a three time National competitor and is looking forward to sharing

A light lunch will be available.
