Please join the Women Scholar Speaker Series to hear Tanya Harnett and her lecture " The Lebret Residential Petroglyphs".

Professort Harnett's art practice engages in the notions and politics of identity, history, spirituality and place. Recent and current solo exhibitions include the Scarred/Sacred at University of Aberdeen, and now at the Pitt Rivers Museum, Oxford, and The Lebret Residential Petroglyphs currently at the Art Gallery of Grande Prairie. Her work has toured across Canada and internationally, and she has both curated and published widely on contemporary art practice.

This talk will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2014, 4:00pm - 5:30pm, TH277 Turcotte Hall.
