Ideal Rationality + Ignorance = Omniscience

Christensen (2007) argues that there is a tension between three properties of Ideally Rational Agents (IRAs), one of which is logical omniscience. Smithies (2015) offers an understanding of IRAs that he claims circumvents this tension. I will argue that we can work within a system that satisfies Smithies' requirements, but in fact supports a stronger claim than Christensen's. Namely, Ideal Rationality + Ignorance = Omniscience.
Everyone is welcome.
